Career Background and Education
Rita Kaufmann-Linke is leading her boutique consultancy firm since more than 10 years. During this period, she took on numerous assignments in the fields of Executive Search and Executive Coaching as well as several HR interim leadership positions. Before that she was responsible as HR Director for an international stock listed, global group with some 35.000 employees in 35 countries.
She started her professional career in environmental politics first at an NGO and then in the federation of the Austrian industry, where she represented environmental policy interests of the industry at Austrian and European level.
She studied Natural Science (Mag.rer.nat.) at the University of Vienna and Business Administration (Executive MBA), a postgraduate study in Law and Economics (MLE) at Imadec University in cooperation with the McCombs School of Business, University of Texas, USA as well as a Master of Science (MSc) from the European Systematic Business Academy. Rita Kaufmann-Linke is additionally certified as a systemic consultant for organizational development (Beratergruppe Neuwaldegg) and as a professional coach (ESBA).
